Services
A Train Educational Consulting Group provides a range of professional consulting services, including executive leadership coaching, school improvement strategies, family engagement workshops, and music-based educational enrichment. Services are tailored to the specific needs of the schools, districts, and families we partner with.
Payment
Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your individual service agreement or invoice. We accept standardized payment methods as indicated at the time of purchase. Failure to provide timely payment may result in the suspension or termination of consulting services.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Due to the nature of professional consulting and preparation time, refunds are typically processed on a prorated basis for work not yet performed. Specific cancellation windows and associated fees are detailed in your service contract.
Changes & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. We require a minimum notice period for rescheduling workshops or consultation sessions. Requests made outside of this window may be subject to a rescheduling fee to cover administrative costs and lost availability.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under these terms if such failure is the result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, or other events beyond reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
A Train Educational Consulting Group's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Agreement
By purchasing our services or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and A Train Educational Consulting Group.
Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services following any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
