At A Train Educational Consulting Group, LLC, we believe that lasting educational excellence begins with visionary leadership, empowered educators, engaged families, and a relentless commitment to student success. Our mission is to partner with school boards, superintendents, educational leaders, schools, and families to build high-performing learning communities where every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Founded by Chester J. Arizmendi, A Train Educational Consulting Group is built upon more than 26 years of experience in education, including 15 years in executive school leadership. Throughout his career, Chester has served in public schools, private schools, and the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), leading schools through transformation, organizational growth, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.

Most recently, Chester served as Principal of W.T. Sampson Elementary High School at Naval Station Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, where he led a PreK–12 school serving military-connected families in one of the most unique educational environments in the world. Prior to his federal service, he served as Principal of Senator Eddie A. Lucio Jr. Middle School in Brownsville, Texas, where his leadership helped transform the campus into an

"A"-rated school recognized with seven Texas Education Agency Distinction Designations. His commitment to educational excellence has also been recognized by the Texas Senate, the Texas House of Representatives, and as a state finalist for the H-E-B Excellence in Education Awards.

Today, A Train Educational Consulting Group brings that same passion and expertise to schools and districts seeking meaningful, sustainable results. We provide executive leadership services, school improvement support, strategic planning, interim leadership, executive coaching, professional development, organizational assessments, and leadership development designed to strengthen educational organizations from the boardroom to the classroom.

We also recognize that successful schools are built through strong partnerships with families. Through educational parent consultation, family engagement services, and music-based educational enrichment, we help schools create supportive learning environments that extend beyond the classroom and into the home.
